Hello Eagle Nation! We are thrilled to share the highlights from our incredible start to the new school year with the South Pike School District Convocation! The event was filled with excitement and joy, featuring games, prizes, and some well-deserved relaxation with massages and manicures.
A huge thank you goes out to all our contributors and guest speakers who made the Fall Convocation a memorable experience. We want to give special recognition to Mrs. Terri Baylor for her exceptional organization of door prizes, supervision of self-care activities, and management of various tasks. Also, a big shout-out to Assistant Superintendent Warren Banks for coordinating our delicious lunch donation.
We were honored to have esteemed guest speakers, including Mayor Tammy Witherspoon, School Board President Percy Martin, and representatives from The University of Southern Mississippi, William Carey University, Adams & Reese, LLP, Pike National Bank, Southwest Distributors Inc., Quality Innovative Construction LLC, Fortinberry Physical Therapy, Tasty Smoke, Ms. Claudia Scott from Sanderson Farms, Miss Elaine Coney, and our inspiring keynote speaker, Mr. Donyall Dickey.
